If you want to delete your SQL Hero account, please send a deletion request to our support team. This page explains the fastest way to request deletion, what information to include, and what happens after we receive your request.

What we delete
- Your account access and sign-in relationship.
- Your learner profile and associated study-progress records.
- Related app data where deletion is permitted and technically available.
What may be retained
- Limited records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Security, billing, refund, and dispute-resolution records where retention is required.
- Operational logs that no longer identify you directly where retention is reasonably necessary.
Verification and timing
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion is completed.
- Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
- If we need more information, we will contact you using the email address connected to the request.
Important note
If you only want to stop marketing or support messages, please mention that in your email. A deletion request is intended for permanent account removal rather than ordinary preference changes.
